Returns excepted within 14 days
Item must be returned in unworn and unaltered condition.
Prior to return customer service needs to be contacted with request and reason for the return at Expressivejewels@gmail.com an authorization code will be provided to you through email to include with your return.
Process of refund will be in the original form of payment after item is received. Any item returned altered or worn will not be refunded. Any item returned without contacting customer service for return approval will not be refunded.
